To formally secure the project in our development schedule and initiate work, a deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required upon acceptance of this proposal.
The final payment, constituting the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost, is due on or before the scheduled date of the final website review. This review date will be mutually agreed upon during the project planning phase.
Any requests for changes or additions to the project scope beyond what is explicitly defined in this proposal may impact the established project timeline. While we will make our best efforts to accommodate such requests and adjust the schedule accordingly, please be advised that significant scope changes can potentially lead to delays in the overall project completion.
